Hexe

The deep reddish-pink flowers of Hexe azalea come to life each spring against its glossy evergreen foliage. Its special hose-in-hose blooms are quite vibrant and loved by bees. Originally a German hybrid from the 19th century, we are proud to offer it at Rocky Knoll Farm. 

This dwarf azalea has an attractive dense growth habit, that can reach 3' tall x 4' wide at maturity. Place in full sun to partial shade, and well draining soil. Hardy to -10°F when protected from windchill.
